Free WiFi was a treat, although the shared lounge felt like I was at a friend's house. Santa Maria Maggiore was practically my next-door neighbor, so picturesque!
Who needs privacy when you can hear every sound from the adjoining rooms? Soundproofing is overrated.

Cozy and recently renovated room with a spacious bed, made for a great night's sleep. The room was equipped with a handy electric kettle and a fridge, which was a nice touch. 🛏️

The room we had included coffee and a kettle. The bathroom was spacious with walk-in showers.

The location was convenient and unbeatable for walking around a small 9th-century church. The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a bidet, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Staff were helpful.

I recently stayed at this beautiful renovated property in Rome for a few nights. The apartment was very clean and secure, and there was an amazing beautiful church across the road. I loved that everything from supermarkets to restaurants was right at my doorstep. The attractions were within walking distance, and even though the Vatican was a bit of a long walk, there were plenty of things to see along the way. The room itself was spacious, with a wardrobe and a large desk. The AC worked great and kept the room cool. The location was perfect, in a lively neighborhood with fantastic restaurants nearby. Gemma, our host, was extremely helpful and always available to answer our questions.
I do recommend this hotel.

Great location near the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. In a safe area despite the presence of homeless people. Easy self-check-in process.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

Free WiFi was a lifesaver for posting my trendy Instagram pics. The shared lounge allowed me to pretend I was part of the 1% socializing with the common folk. A true aristocratic experience at its finest.
Oh, how I missed the joy of waiting endlessly at an empty reception desk. Truly a highlight of my stay.

The rooms at Dany Guest House are fantastic! They are so cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning to keep you cool in the hot Rome weather. The tile/marble floors add a touch of elegance, and the flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Having a fridge and electric kettle in the room is so convenient for storing snacks and making tea whenever I want. Plus, the safety deposit box gives me peace of mind. the rooms just feel like a home away from home.
The only thing I didn't love was the bidet in the private bathroom. Personally, I'm not used to using a bidet and found it a bit strange.

We loved the convenient location, just a short 5-6 minute walk from Termini station. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore all of Rome. Gemma, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, even accommodating our late check-in. The room was clean and renovated, with everything we needed. It was also great that the room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. a comfortable and convenient stay.
We felt right at home here, with nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and Gemma was a wonderful host.

The location of the guest house couldn't be better - right in front of the square and close to the train station. It was convenient to explore all the major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was elegant and clean, with amenities like a coffee machine, fridge, and kettle. The owner, Emma, was friendly and offered cake at the reception every morning.
The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

The rooms at Dany Guest House are amazing! We stayed in an air-conditioned room that had a desk, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch too. I loved the tile/marble floor in our quadruple room, it made everything look so elegant. The electric kettle in the double room was super convenient for making tea. And having a safety deposit box in every room made us feel secure. Plus, the wardrobe in each room was spacious enough for all our clothes.
The only thing I didn't love was that the rooms were all equipped with a desk. For our family, we didn't really need a desk and it took up some extra space.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
